What can i do with C++ ?

ok so now i am learning C++ and that is first thing i am learning now so what can i do if i can C++ and nothing else? Can i write somme program just with C++ or should i learn something more?

You can do almost everything with C++.
But don't expect to be a pro after completing the Sololearn lessons, they just provide you with the basics.
After completing it, do challenges and read from other sources, depending on what you want to program.

If you want to build websites, in theory C++ will also somehow work, but it is easier to learn html, css, javascript for web dev.
