Of course. You can find knowledge anywhere on the Internet. Add to your CV a link to your Github and people from companies where you want to work will know your skills right after they open your CV. Your skills are more important than finished schools and when you show them what you know in practice it's likely that they invite you to work with them.

guaraneed. however some fields like ML, statistics, math will need more then Py. to just obtain some job stick to some popular framework, and lern in in two werks
