Advancing in the programming course

I recently completed the C++ course. Now i am doing SQL. So i wanted to ask what should be the strategy behind doing these courses. And how should i start writing codes like the ones posted in Code playground?

Secondly, if you want to write those codes you see posted on the playground.
It'll take a lot of dedication and practice

I'm curious: By "strategy behind" did you mean "purpose of" or "chronological order for" were you literally looking for systematic shortcuts?
