What is the difference between java and javascript ?

Dont be confused by names, difference is massive, those are two different programming languages. Syntax is different, except in some sitations. JavaScript is used more as a step forward to Front End Development, where Java with addition to some Frameworks ( additional software kits) besides Front End, is used more often as Backend Proggramming Language.
