Russian and Spanish are already provided by the app (Settings menu). [based on the "help" tag] ... You can write Feedback or info@sololearn.com if you want to help, but they may have their own official translators. In this case, it may be better to simply request specific content be translated (like member-submitted content, if it is not translated already).
