Any particular part that you got stuck on? Java is a really extensive language and it's just some of the core language that's provided here. I'd be more than happy to assist you with anything you may not understand or are getting stuck on. Here is a technique I use to learn new languages: I read through the entire language first, even if I don't understand it yet. Afterwards I practice the things that I could remember, even if it was just one thing. Then I read through the language again, but this time I write down notes of ANY concepts that I still don't understand. When I'm done, I use my notes to go on the internet and extensively research those concepts. Then I practice those concepts so that I can solidify my learning of them. Keep repeating this process until you've mastered the language. Each time you repeat it your notes should get smaller and smaller until you've obtained an understanding on all of the concepts. Best of luck! Feel free to ask any questions.
