[OFF-TOPIC] Editing/removing quiz submissions in SoloLearn?

Question

Let's say I have submitted a quiz and after I did that, I realized I made a mistake. Why can't I edit it? Why can't I even remove it?

ReimarPB seems like you'll be able to remove/edit your submitted quizzes only after they are rejected for some reason or the other.
