Jan Markus yes, you are right, but i think to learn the foundation its good enough, if you read one of these books you need an update to the new version

I know them, and I used them as well in the past, but sometimes they are a little outdated. In German I would call them "Ladenhüter". I think there is an openbook of Python, but this covers Python 2 and not 3 as I remember.
