Can you create a good webpage without CSS or JavaScript but only using HTML?

sure you can do so if you create the layout using html table tag and basic attributes to align elements master html table that's enough for making a cool layout .. but it's very difficult .. I don't recommend this but you can alternativily do it if you don't like cash or java script but still it will not be Dynamic ...

Thumb both are important css gives look to your site and JavaScript gives strength to it

it can add interaction to your page each and every element can interact with each other we can give commands to element like hey when someone click you you should act like this .. wait a min I am sending you a link ..
