C is really simple language. there aren't much to learn here. you need to learn the target, that you are programming, but C itself is simple. C++ on the other hand is very complex indeed, but a little bit more highlevel (because of huge set of libraries). but to be pro in c++ you will need to learn it for years (using classes is not a c++ knowledge)

The difference is the stability of how they run and C++ is an upgraded version with much more. Also, C++ is more to create games and other applications while C is only for the certain applications.
