This is way beyond any single person's skillset. Some of the biggest and most powerful companies ever to exist on Earth (Apple, Google and Amazon) are struggling to do this.

I'd encourage you to forget this idea!

I understand precisely I would like to create something like not a high-performance quantum program like big business uses as you tell me but just basic stuff that I will have recorded myself like all my websites or music or something else ..
