How to configure?

Question

After passing and getting c++ certificate i openned c++ learning course using another link .. then a message appeared in my activity :
irajjs started learning c++
!! .. How do i configure? .. some other similar cases exists

You must use the same usernane

As i remember i had to use another method to sign in due to a connection and signning in problem
once i used my phone number and my full name
next time i used my email acount and picked a user name which i generally use it ..irajjs
