Like anything else, take a break and work on something else if you're feeling burnt out. Looking at your profile, seems you're burnt out more on web development, so may give desktop/app development a try instead? It's a whole different beast than web development is.
For myself, I'm a programmer, yes, but I'm also an artist and a musician, so when I get tired of programming, I'll switch up and work on animation/modeling/music for a bit. I'm always learning various things at the same time, so getting bored doesn't really happen that much because I'm not ever sitting doing the exact same thing 100% of the time. However, the consistent factor is that I'm always doing -something- toward my goal, rather than just taking a break to do pointless stuff and then never become productive again.

Rasul Kamolov Azamatovich Well, it depends from person to person.
For me, I prefer learning one programming language until I master it, and then learn a new one.
One last advice, practice everyday, as I mentioned above. I am sure you know that feeling of accomplishment and happiness when a code works like you wanted it to. That's what programming is all about. Fails, succeds and emotions.

Yes, sometimes. But the thing is, you got to be consistent. Don't learn too much , neither too less.
After I have completed 3 courses, I always go on my computer and code something similar to what I have learned that day.
I hope that helped. If you get bored too often, programming may not be your passion.
Good luck!
