go to www.hostland.ru for example, they have free trial host names (technical) of 5-6 level/grade (very long). register, create a domain, go to file structure of domain, find folder htdocs-www. Replace predefined index.html with your folder and your index.html/index.php. You will be able to load your webpage with trial adress. If you like- then pay money for commercial package and registrate your domain. you may need to fill some personal infodmation, or may not- considers of your domain
