C# or Python?!

which one is better to learn?!

As Jay said its largely down to what you are wanting to do. I usually recommend Python. Generally its really easy to learn and it covers a wide range of projects. You can make webapps, Games(PyGame), and if you need to you can also program some micro-controllers with it via micropython!
