If I want to skip 5 lines in my blog, must I have 5 breaklines tags   before second paragraph?

My Response:

You can accomplish the desired effect using CSS.

As a general rule of thumb, I recommend avoiding the use of the   tag as much as possible. This mindset will help you to craft HTML markup with a more semantic approach - which separates your content from formatting markup.
