Objects in JS Objects are similar to arrays, but instead of using numbers for indexing, objects use strings

How to create objects

keyName: "property",

This is an example of an object in JS

var objectName = { colorEnglish: "blue", colorSpanish: "azul",
  "colorEnglishTwo": "red", colorSpanishTwo: "rojo",
  colorEnglishThree: "green", "colorSpanishThree": "verde"};

Objects names which are called keys (In this example someone of them are colorEnglishTwo, colorSpanish etc.) can be with quotes or without them. Albiet if they have quotes or not will affect how to access them.

Accessing objects

Accessing objects will depend on how you created them

If you create a key using quotation marks ("") this is what to do to access the property (element)

objectName[colorEnglish];

//output blue

If you create a key without using the quotation marks and to access the property something called dot notation.

objectName.colorSpanishTwo;

//output rojo

Using arrays with objects

In this example I created an array varible and used objects to create the elements

var arrayAndObject = [ {number: "five", número: "cinco"} {numberTwo: "one", "númeroDos": "uno"} ];

To access them we would need to use index, and the key's name

arrayAndObject[0].number //This is for key name's that don't have quotation marks //output "five"

This following way is for key's that have quotations marks around their names

arrayAndObjects[1]["númeroDos"] //output "uno"
