The main difference, in addition to the fact that PHP has different functions for interacting with users, is located deep inside the site, approximately on the server))). PHP, unlike HTML, can only work when interacting with the server! When navigating to an HTML page, the user sends a request to the server, and receives a response. And when you go to a PHP page, the user sends a request to the server, and this page is generated on the server each time you go and then sent back to the user.
