if html is used for coding web and html5 is too used? than why we use CSS ? i think CSS play same role of HTML & HTML5

when I wrote int x; cin>>x; if(10<x>15) it is always false 10<x<15 always true 10>x<15 always true 10>x>15 always false 3<x<0 always false 3>x>0 true for x less than 3 can anyone explain why this is happening????

look at if statement if 10 > 5: print("10 greater than 5") print("Program ended") it work perfectly, but when I changed if statement to 10 = 5: or 10 =>5: the program runs error, otherwise using ">=", "<=", "==","<" the progam work fine. please explain

Function modulo is easy. For example 14 modulo 3. We must find number, which is smaller than 14 (<14), can be divided ( /) and it will be rational number (1, 2, 3... Not numbers like 3,123). It's 12 (12/3=4). Then we just subtract 14 and 12 (14-12). It's 2.

if String is an array of characters,why "length( );" is used to find out its length. Other than "length;" which is used to get length of an array? give answer to the uniqueness of String.

In the short code below, I declared an array of five elements. But I'm getting confused on how to use it in a while loop. My main question is , if the user inputs a userchoice1 value that is less than 1, I want the code to keep looping until the user inputs a number that is not less than 1. But I don't know if the 7th line (userchoice1 [x]++) shows the right way to loop it.

Isn't this just a reoccurring function called from within itself until a particular set of conditions are met? I don't know it just seems like shorthand to me. Like a do-while loop. I am sure it could be used for more than just factorials.
