void method will not return any value but why do it will return a value when creating a variable inside the void method what does that mean a little bit confusing can you explain?? for example void set(int x)....

can someone help me find some logic for this?
The method PlaceInside gets a list of squares and returns them once inside each other with the same centre and placed so the biggest square lays on the X and Y axis..

After creating my circle using border radius it still observe it's the parent div I create the circle from thereby placing text I needed to be inside circle outside it. So how do I solve this?....... Pls someone help me out

If except can handle common errors very well, doesn't that make the use of raise redundant inside of a try-except block?
For example:
try:
print( 5 / 0 )
except ZeroDivisionError:
raise ValueError("An error occurred!")
What's the difference if we handle it this way:
try:
print( 5 / 0 )
except (ZeroDivisionError, ValueError):
print("An error occurred!")
