ways to change my public ip address in internet

hi guys
i write the program with c# that registering the account on instagram
now i need to change my ip after any registration on instagram
is there a way to do this ??

Your public IP adress is assigned to you by your ISP. The only way to change it is to restart your modem. However, some ISPs may reassign the same IP to you over a longer time period (for example 24 hours), so restarting the router may not help.
The only way around this would be to use proxy servers or a VPN connection.
