Just try to have 100% sum , so all compositions should respect this chart . Let's understand this example: (red)'s interval is [0; 20] || (blue) is [80; 100] --> 20 ; so the (green) should have 100-20-20 =60 . You still have a question , why in red's interval we wrote the end , but in the blue's one we wrote the begin ? By the way this a good question , and the answer is the best way to remember this code . The answer : the first color is for top where we already have the beginning point (0) so we just need to stop it , in the last color we already have the ending point (100) so we just need to identify the same point of the previous color no matter if we have one two or three colors .
