So I have interest in programming, that is why I am here. I already finished HTML and I am on to Python. But for you, what can you consider a course here as the best and why? I want to learn that "best" course for you so I can experience more here.

There is not "best" course. All the courses here are fantastic and you can learn the basics. So it depends to you what you should learn.
