How much learning do you do from video?

YouTube is a great resource for training videos. How many hours do you spend per week watching YouTube videos on programming? If you would like to recommend a video or channel to other Sololearners please include link and description: what language and level of difficulty (beginners/intermediate/advanced)

While I do watch videos on programming, I tend to avoid YouTube for it. Instead I prefer to use a site specifically for learning such as SoloLearn, PluralSight, Hackerrank etc as their content is moderated better, has closed captions and has been designed to be easily understood. I find a lot of YouTube videos can be difficult to understand or the author assumes knowledge without covering it. I've also seen quite a lot of YouTube videos that are biased towards the authors preferences and don't necessarily give a neutral view of technologies or methods of accomplishing a task. This is all from my experience of watching beginner/intermediate videos in C#, Java, Python, Javascript, HTML and CSS. I'd usually do anything from 3-10 hours per week depending on how new I was to the language.
