Why would you use an array of 4 dimensions or higher?

It is not because its complex to use but just adding another dimension increases the size of something by alot. What would you make that you'd use a 4th dimension? My guess is that it is just a feature which nobody uses. Atleast I do not see the point of it yet.

Well if a 3d array were used for voxels (think Minecraft blocks) , a fourth dimension could store the content of each voxel at regular time intervals. So a Minecraft movie could be represented in a 4d array.
