How to find answers for challenge questions?

Let's say you couldn't know the right answer for a complicated challenge question, after you see the challenge result and correct answer, how do you learn the explanation for the correct answer? Do you try those codes on your system and see what those codes do line by line? There is no clarified answer to the challenge questions after you complete them. It just shows the correct option.

Once both players are done answering all questions, you get a message with the result. In that same message you get the option to view the correct answers

I think it will be difficult for question creators to add explanation. But comment section could be really good
