Which is the best language?

I want to know that which is the best language for making website's plz suggest I am waiting.....

First learn HTML.

Then learn how to style page using CSS.

Then learn how interact with user in a better way using JavaScript.

Up till now you will be able to create a website of your own.

Then go learn php and mysql.

I would learn HTML first, then CSS, then JavaScript, then JQuery, and then another different language, like Debakar Roy said.
