Which is the best language for writing an "Instagrambot" ?

I would like to write a programm that looks-in in my social media account and like pictures automatically. I already found one on the Internet and it is written in python.
I would like to write one on my own. Whats the best language for something like that ? Java ? C++ ?

python it is much more easier and you can also search for tensorflow library if you want to add machine learning to it as well.

it is a library even i dont know much about tensorflow but you can search it on google developers channel on youtube they have tutorials for it as well.
