I think it's more now but it may decrease in the future.

@Tor : Because something better than it will eventually be developed. Take Kotlin for example. Why did Google announce it as official language for Android app development?

Who says its 3 Billion , That's 3 Billion for one company. Its more like 50 Billion devices and counting.
