Doesn't much matter which one you pick. I would figure out what you plan on doing with programming, and base it on that. For example, if I was wanting to become a game programmer and working with Unity, I would pick C# because it's the language they use for their scripting. Or maybe with Unreal I'd pick C++ for similar reasoning. You get the picture. Think of each language as a tool on your tool belt, and you'll want the right tool for the task in front of you. The reality is that your ability for logical thinking and problem solving is going to be more important than the language you pick; the language is just the syntax you use to support those means. You can't go wrong with any of those three languages, and I recommend that you learn all three. C# and Java are fairly similar to one another, and both alleviate the need for you to deal with most of the memory management; whereas with C++ the responsibility is fully in your hands. Once you've learned one programming language, it becomes child's play to learn further languages. You may want to start with C# or Java, and then take on C++. Learning curve is a lot easier with C#/Java.
