unable to apply css

Question

Despite of completion of css course ,I am unable to make any webpage or website using html css and jquery.
I m able to apply jquery but when i want to design my page using css it is quite difficult to me I can't understand how all the properties of the element will be applied.

I think you just need to exercise more. When you have an idea on how would you like the page to appear, you later can split the work into sections and than ask more concise questions where you get stuck.

It takes a while to get familiar and gain confidence in writing code, just exercise, you are not breaking anything.
