Should i start with c++ or any other language? I have never code in my life.

As a matter of fact, you will get all kinds of answers for which language to begin with. You have to know prior to asking this question, what you want to achieve with programming, e.g. web development, big data, machine-learning, etc. You will get a better idea once you have a target. If you simply want to become a hobbyist, that is fine too - and any language will suit you to begin with.
