Scratch if you're a hyperactive kid or for some reason have insane trouble with real languages.

Depends on your purpose.

If you want to learn OOP go for Java/C#.

If you want to learn a general multi paradigm script language go for Python/Swift (depending on what system you want to work with).

if you want to learn web you have to learn front end (client side) languages : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a back end (server side) language like PHP (there are a lot of back end languages but this one is available on sololearn).
