I mean the process of the user giving his details to your WEBDESIGN ..Its about database and networking I guess.... This. hapeen when logging in I know how to do this in CSS n HTML only but I think there is more

yes there is other processes involved in this. i think it would be like this make a form in html for that purpose which saves information in some database.
