chrome and Mozilla ff have powerful developer tools. someone likes Mozilla ff other use chrome. but i think that Chrome has more interesting and useful plugins. so my choice is Chrome too

Firefox Developer Edition.
Clean,fast,simple and already have everythin you need(no need in addons or plugins).
works with brackets live preview too.(if you're using auto reload or don't use anythin' like this just skip this :D)
