What language program to hack website and protect website?

i want learn to protect my website if my website has been hacked

PHP and SQL, at least for a beginning. Especially SQL. Despite the fact it is not programming language you should consider that there is a big amount of vulnerabilities you can do because of inaccurate coding when working with SQL databases so it's good to have an idea about how it all works whether you are hacker or webmaster / security administrator.
