A weird glitch or error in the site

Question

Not sure if this is the case for other people but when i wanted to check the certificates that other people have got from completing courses , I got 4 different results one being seeing my own certificate by choosing to view a course that they have completed and i have completed as well where as the second being viewing a course that i have not started and they have completed and somehow getting a certificate third one i have started not completed yet the course was deleted and gaining a certificate third

4 is seeing there certifactes not sure if it just an indvidial bug or if it is global

I would have liked to share some images but could not figure out how but i for sure have not started this course and got a certifcate ,after chosing to start it i could see the other user certifcate instead of the non exitent one
