What has become of the WYSIWYG Web Editors after HTML5, CSS3, JS, PHP and jQuery?

I assumed that all websites are created using editors like DreamWeaver, etc, as those 'seemed' easy to use as compared to typing code for output... But I want to know that are they still used? I mean are they still in demand? So, In 2017, what would a person prefer to use? Why?
