My format is weird

When I'm doing a lesson, my format looks different than before, how do I change it back to default?

Kongpheng Lo You can take a screenshot, if possible, write some caption on it, then feedback to SL via email info@sololearn.com with detail description. It would be nice if you include the device model you are using, so they can determine if it is an issue about screen size. Don't bother to use the in-app feedback if you want to send attachments.

Are you using the web or the app? I encountered a "format issue" while studying JS intermediate a few weeks ago, when SL updated the courses interface for the web version. If the lesson has more than one runnable code example, all the windows are showing the same code. And if you changed the code and "Reset code", it resets the code but mostly wrong. An example is JS Intermediate -> ECMAScript -> ES6 Variables and Strings I believe other lessons before it got the same issue. Made a report, but the problem still exists on my end. Also, the coding exercise at the end of the lesson got an interface update too. And the experience is bad, which I also feedbacked. However, the app is working as usual.

Wong Hei Ming Sorry I didn't give more info, I'm not sure if Sololearn made an update, but when I'm learning a lesson, the format for answering questions changed. Instead of the comment section being in the bottom when you answer a question, it is at the top right corner, same with the 'see the solution' thing. And the image that's supposed to show the code that I'm supposed to answer if wider, shorter, and the code is all the way to the left side of the screen. The answer button when you want to answer just covers up 40% of the screen for me and I can't scroll down further because of the limited space. This gave me a problem too because when answering a code question like "Which one should be the selector when you want all paragraphs to be colored red" and the answer is hiding behind the answer button and I can't scroll because of the limited space, so I'm basically forced to use my points. The answer button stays where it is at aswell.

Kongpheng Lo I opened my app today and found that the styling was changed to something similar to what you are describing. I agree that is is a weird decision, fixing something that is not broken, but Sololearn had unfortunately been doing that for some time now. Adapt and survive. It is what it is. Or submit a feedback to Sololearn and tell them that the new style change have some ux issues.

App and no and I just noticed I can't read some info that I will probably need because of the answer thing in my face.

What is your “format”? Do you mean the syntax highlighting of the code?

are you using the correct file type? or maybe you are writing html, css or js in the wrong tab...

I forgot about this one feature about the devices. You can flip your screen on its side. When you turn your device on its side, your screen will position itself that way or it will show a button that will turn your screen over to your desired position. I still do like the old one because you can put the answer button away to see the answers and text. Still, thank you for helping me through this problem that has stopped me from learning the two units in introduction to css.
