Where did my continuous streak go?

Just yesterday I had 50 days of streak, and today the 1st day began...🤔

Now that after 50 days of the streak, they began to reset it?

That has happened to me so many times I've stopped paying attention to the streak indicator, which is better anyway. I'm here to satisfy my brain, not some artificial timer.

When I was trying to troubleshoot it and was sending bug reports about it, one hypothesis for why it said (paraphrasing) "You have completed your daily goal" but still reset my streak to 0 the next day was that I would sometimes finish a lesson, completing my daily goal, start taking another lesson, quit before finishing, and accept the "You will lose your progress" prompt. My suspicion was that accepting the prompt for quitting the extra lesson was somehow affecting the earlier lesson(s) I had already completed.

I reported it. They tried something and emailed back a couple weeks later, "Test it again.", but it was still happening, which I also reported, but I never heard from them again.

So maybe try not quitting an extra lesson in the middle.

You can get maximum of 3 Streak savers at a time.
But this option is available for Pro users.
To buy Streak savers you have to make use of Bits.
I also had a query like if one hypothetically completes all the courses after that how would it be possible to keep the streak alive in that case ?

Krishaang Joshi It's not 60 you need to spend 120bits.

If any of you unaware about streak saver you will get 3 days each day you need to spend 120bits.

It will depend
Basically you have to pay bits for each streak saver .
You can get maximum of 3 Streak Savers.
Suppose today u missed to complete a module but you already paid bits for 3 Streak savers earlier, then 1 streak saver will be utilised today to save the streak and you will have remaining of 2 Streak Savers.
You can again pay with bits to get 3rd Streak saver .
Yes you will have to pay bits only once until the Streak savers are all utilized.

But if we don't complete a lesson every day but want to keep the streak alive you have to pay bits everyday to utilise streak savers.😅

It's happens sometime so you need to set streak saver just 120 xp by mistake u forget to open or complete your lessons u lost your streak and sometimes happens like this that's why set streak saver

NB‎ well, there's no way to go, unless you reset one of the courses and start taking it again.
In any case, you will still have information about the maximum stream.
And the courses need to be repeated periodically, in my opinion they close again every two years ...😎

Rain I completely agree with you, this is just child's play. It's just that my maximum streak fades from the rest, although I've already reached 2000...And yes, I also noticed this more than once, about taking the course and it's not even about one lesson or an entire chapter, but about the whole course. If you interrupt it by clicking on the link, for example, then it is reset to zero, even when you have already been provided with a certificate.

And with the certificates themselves, not everything is clear. Why do I no longer have them added like others. I wrote to the support service, but they asked for some additional confirmation. Why, when you can already see how many courses I have completed, and the total number invariably costs 28.
