(Solved) Emailing to Sololearn for content and apps enhancement and adding more features

Question

I emailed to info@sololearn , about extra features, more appealing content , fixing courses and certificate enhancement.But there is no response , I mean they didn't replied.

Note that this Question was already asked 3 years ago but at that time COVID-19 pandemic was rapidly growing & was infecting people.

And they tend to reply to emails and bug reports, but not very quickly. You may still expect a response in a few days.

Student Integrating Advanced UI/Options/content & adding complete courses is a very very hard process.Moreover , they've over 30 million users.They would recieve hundreds/thousands of emails everyday.Responding every persons email is a big challenge.Their developers community isn't large like twitter or Facebook or google.So , either they receive & respond to every single email or work on their app & its improvement.Hope you get it

Student Yes.I've been 5/4 years ago but I deleted my account.this is my second account.I was able to learn offline.You are right too.Then What should we do ?
