I have completed the lessons, but it won't open array lesson saying I need to complete the lesson but have completed them.

Having the same issue. Can't advance from OOP to Exceptions in Python Developer because it is locked. It's been a few days now. This is the second time for me to experience this. The last time, I contacted Sololearn and it resolved after about a week.

The only way you can maintain your streak is to start another course. Then check back every now and then to see if the issue has been resolved on your original course.
