Your list is pretty decent for web development focus. You can always add more to your toolset later.
I have studied a lot of programming languages, and each of them can give a new, unique perspective, and improve your understanding of how to do better programming.
According to surveys, almost 80% of the internet is still running on PHP. And that is not only wordpress blogs, but e-commerce and CRM systems, even Facebook was built with a heavily customized version of PHP. Of course it comes down to personal preference if you like a language or not. But learning it can open up a lot of opportunities.
In terms of JS frameworks, I would probably look at Svelte instead of Angular.
And add NoSQL to your database scope, for example MongoDB.
Then the "soft" parts are also important: how to work with an IDE, how to use version control (git) and issue tracking systems.

I'm just loving your quick response even with your fabulous suggestion.. except your negative thinking on PHP because It's so popular from the start on popular sites.. Thank you.. Mirielle
