You don't need to know css for web design. For web design, you need to be able to use photoshop / figma and have a taste (understand what is beautiful and what is not) The feeling of beautiful can be acquired, but this is not needed css

For web development/design, you also need to learn CSS.

Ethical hacking has many fields ranging from white hat hackers (good ones) to black hat hackers (bad ones) and requires lots of learning and understanding of basics.

I would recommend learning one of this topic, and get better at it
