Giving projects to people to complete can help them to be object oriented.

all we have been doing here is quiz and taking lessons but it would really be awesome if we are assigned some project to accomplish and given XP based on the work. if any body can contact admin then send him/her this request

If you mean on challanges, than it would be easy to cheat by executing or googling answer. I agree with you about projects.

There are already sites present to satisfy your taste for competition. These are called competitive programming sites and you can solve problems, varying from easy to insanely hard. You can do those problems on your pc and submit the files to them (most of them don't support that, but you get the idea). There's also an another way, you can create a git (free and open source) account and search for projects in your programming domain. You can contribute to those projects and learn while doing that. Many top-of-the-world programmers honed their skills doing that. In today's information age whatever you imagine you can find it on internet, whether it's knowledge or somr other weird shit; and if you imagine something which is not at all present in the entire internet; then you know where to start your business from.
