How can I message someone???

I tried messaging someone on the platform but the app kept telling to activate my account to access the message option, even though I already have activated my account.

Can someone assist me in knowing if this error is on my end, how to fix it, and if to contact sololearn support.

It takes around 3 weeks to be able access messages feature. Till then keep learning :) and welcome to sololearn ;)
