PRO MEMBER BUG

can anyone help me with that? I have paid $69.99 on sololearn for a year. but the application and the sololearn website still show me that I am not a PRO member? what is going on? and I have sent an email to sololearn, but have no reply. Has anyone experienced this kind of thing?
