Should I continue studying python or learn Lua?

I've heard Lua is really similar to python and I have a good amount of knowledge in python so should I continue studying python or learn another language bring lua.

Your decision. Depends on where you want to go career wise. I recommend researching what you can do with python vs. lua.

Lua is a very good and easy language to start out with it's used for object oriented programming, functional programming and data driven programming, yes Lua and python are much alike, but for me I'd start off with good ol' Lua.
