c++ certification CPA

hello guys I'm trying to study for the CPA exam , I have some experience in c++ and I want to take this CPA test, but have been difficult find good material I take the course from the cppinstitute.org but is kind of boring, the here my questions.

1) where find material (sites , videos,online quiz)
2) recommendation for this exam
