Complete courses solve code challenges by sololearn and compete with others by using weapons like html python and other languages .
But plz understand that don't go for xp just go for knowledge and work experience with some startups Or with big mnc's

If you send requests to higher level players, they have more to lose, but maybe are more confident to play.

If you challenge lower level players, you may have a better chance to win, but risk more XP when you lose.

Maybe check out the top levels, 17+
Most of them will be active players and may accept your challenges.
